Die Schnitzel darin von jeder Seite 1-2 Minuten anbraten,\nherausnehmen, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und warm halten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Trauben waschen trocken\ntupfen und halbieren. Die Petersilie waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln und fein\nhacken. Die Trauben und die Petersilie in das noch hei\u00dfe Bratfett der Schnitzel\ngeben. Die Sahne zuf\u00fcgen, alles erhitzen und etwa 2 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen; mit\netwas Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mandelbl\u00e4ttchen in einer Pfanne\nohne Zugabe von Fett goldbraun r\u00f6sten. Die Schnitzel in einer gro\u00dfen Form oder\nauf Tellern anrichten.
