Backpulver<br>&#8211; 2 Prisen Salz<br>&#8211; 80 ml Milch<br>&#8211; 200 g Bitterschokolade<br>(mind. 80% Kakaoanteil)<br><br><strong><u>Zubereitung:<br><\/u><\/strong>Ein Backblech gr\u00fcndlich mit Butter\u00a0einfetten und Ofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen.<br><br>Butter mit Xylit und herausgekratzem Vanilleschotenmark verr\u00fchren. Nach und nach die Eier unterarbeiten und den Teig f\u00fcr 4 Minuten luftig aufschlagen.<br><br>Die gemahlenen Mandeln mit Kakaopulver, Backpulver sowie Salz vermischen und zur Butter-Eiermasse geben. Milch zuf\u00fcgen und alles zu einem cremigen Teig verr\u00fchren. Die dunkle Schokolade hacken und unterheben.\u00a0<br><br>Teig in die Form f\u00fcllen und im vorgeheizten Ofen 20 bis 25 Minuten backen.
