Die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln putzen, waschen und in Ringe schneiden. Das Fischfilet ebenfalls waschen und trocken tupfen, dann in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden.<br><br>Das Raps\u00f6l in einem gro\u00dfen Topf erhitzen, Zwiebel- sowie Knoblauchw\u00fcrfel zugeben und darin f\u00fcr etwa 1 Minute glasig and\u00fcnsten.<br><br>Die Currypaste zugeben, unter R\u00fchren leicht anr\u00f6sten und mit der Kokosmilch sowie der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche abl\u00f6schen.<br>Den Rosenkohl ebenfalls hineingeben und alles kurz aufkochen lassen.<br><br>Die Suppe zugedeckt bei geringer Hitze etwa 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.
