Trockenhefe<br>&#8211; 150 ml Milch (lauwarm)<br>&#8211; 150 ml Wasser (lauwarm)<br>&#8211; 20 g Butter (weich)<br>&#8211; 10 g Zucker<br>&#8211; 15 g Salz<br><br><strong><u>Zubereitung:<br><\/u><\/strong>Mehl mit Salz, Zucker und Trockenhefe mischen. Die Butter in Fl\u00f6ckchen darauf verteilen. Milch und Wasser dazugeben und alles zu einem kompakten, nicht klebenden Teig verkneten.<br><br>Den Teig abgedeckt f\u00fcr 30 Minuten einem warmen Ort gehen lassen.<br><br>W\u00e4hrenddessen den Backofen auf 240 Grad Celsius Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen.<br><br>Den Teig nach der Gehzeit in 10 gleichgro\u00dfe St\u00fccke teilen und zu runden Teiglingen formen.
