Die Paprika waschen, von Stiel- sowie Kerngeh\u00e4use befreien und in ca. daumenlange und 2 cm breite Streifen schneiden. Die Ananasst\u00fccke abgie\u00dfen und hierbei den Saft auffangen.<br><br>Raps\u00f6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Bratw\u00fcrste darin etwa 6 Minuten von allen Seiten rundherum goldbraun anbraten und danach herausnehmen.
