Die Toastbrotscheiben etwa 1 cm gro\u00df w\u00fcrfeln und im Joghurt einweichen.<br><br>Paprika waschen, halbieren, vom Kerngeh\u00e4use befreien und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel ebenfalls waschen, putzen und in d\u00fcnne R\u00f6llchen schneiden. Raps\u00f6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen und darin die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebelringe sowie die Paprikaw\u00fcrfel unter R\u00fchren 4 Minuten glasig d\u00fcnsten.<br><br>Joghurt mit Toastbrot, Eiern, Mais, anged\u00fcnstetem Paprika, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebelr\u00f6llchen und Gew\u00fcrzen zum Hackfleisch geben und alles kr\u00e4ftig vermengen. Die Muffinf\u00f6rmchen zur H\u00e4lfte mit der Hackmasse f\u00fcllen.
