Den Feta zerbr\u00f6seln, auf die Mitte der Fladen legen, die Fladenh\u00e4lfte vorsichtig \u00fcberklappen und die R\u00e4nder fest andr\u00fccken.<br><br>Raps\u00f6l in der Pfanne erhitzen, die Fladen portionsweise hineingeben, pro Seite ca. 4-6 Minuten goldbraun braten und danach servieren.<br><br><strong><u>Tipp:<br><\/u><\/strong>Die Bifteki schmecken sowohl warm als auch kalt sehr lecker.
