Das Fleisch dann mit Salz sowie Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und zur Seite stellen.<br><br>Den Salat waschen, trocken schleudern und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. Danach den Koriander waschen, hacken und mit dem Salat in einer Sch\u00fcssel mischen.<br><br>Dann das Dressing zubereiten. Hierzu den Ingwer sch\u00e4len und fein reiben.
