Zwiebeln abziehen, w\u00fcrfeln und die H\u00e4lfte in Butter and\u00fcnsten. Porree zugeben und ca. 10 Minuten d\u00fcnsten. Mit Guarkernmehl best\u00e4uben und anschwitzen. Milch sowie Br\u00fche angie\u00dfen, aufkochen und mit Majoran, Salz, Pfeffer sowie Paprika w\u00fcrzen.<br><br>Lauch in eine feuerfeste Form geben. Mett mit restlichen Zwiebeln sowie \u00e4 Senf verkneten, mit Paprika und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Die Masse zu 4 R\u00f6llchen formen, mit je einer Schinkenscheibe umwickeln, auf den Porree legen und den K\u00e4se dar\u00fcber streuen.<br><br>Das Ganze f\u00fcr ca. 30 Minuten im Ofen goldbraun \u00fcberbacken.
