Von der Zitrone die Schale abraspeln und beides zur Seite legen.<br><br>Die Forellen ebenfalls waschen, trocknen und den Bauchraum mit der Zitronenschale sowie den Rosmarinst\u00fccken f\u00fcllen.<br><br>Dann je 100 g Bacon leicht \u00fcberlappend auf die Arbeitsfl\u00e4che legen und mit dem Honig betr\u00e4ufeln. Den gef\u00fcllten Fisch mittig auf den Bacon platzieren und mit diesem einschlagen.<br><br>Die eingewickelten Forellen in je einen Grill-Fischbr\u00e4ter legen und auf den Grill geben.
