Basilikum (f\u00fcr die Deko)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong><u>Zubereitung:<\/u><\/strong><br>Die Zucchini in W\u00fcrfel schneiden, die Schalotte fein hacken, den Pecorino reiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das \u00d6l in einem gro\u00dfen Topf erhitzen, die Zwiebeln darin glasig d\u00fcnsten. Den Reis zuf\u00fcgen und ebenfalls glasig d\u00fcnsten. Mit dem Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen und einreduzieren lassen.
