TK-Gem\u00fcse auftauen lassen.<br><br>Zwiebel sowie Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Tomaten waschen und halbieren. Gekochten Schinken in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. \u00d6l in einer backofengeeigneten, gusseisernen Pfanne mit Deckel erhitzen. Zwiebel- und Knoblauchst\u00fccke darin and\u00fcnsten.<br><br>Den aufgetauten Spinat in die Pfanne geben und alles mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Tomatenh\u00e4lften, Schinkenst\u00fccke und Erbsen zuf\u00fcgen, alles 4 Minuten d\u00fcnsten. \u00a0Feta in die Pfanne br\u00f6seln und alles nochmals mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<br><br>Frischk\u00e4se mit Eiern sowie Petersilie verquirlen und auch diese salzen und pfeffern.
