Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Butter in dem Topf erhitzen und die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel darin glasig d\u00fcnsten.<br><br>Paprika waschen, vom Kerngeh\u00e4use befreien , in W\u00fcrfelschneiden, gemeinsam mit dem Hackfleisch in den Topf geben und anbraten.<br><br>Mais abtropfen lassen und gemeinsam mit den passierten sowie den st\u00fcckigen Tomaten und dem vorher gebratenen Schinken zum Hackfleisch-Mix geben.<br><br>Nach Belieben mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<br><br>Eintopf bei geringer Hitze ca. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.
