Schokoladendeko<br><br><strong><u>Zubereitung:<br><\/u><\/strong>Milch, 400 ml Sahne und Zucker in einen Topf geben und erhitzen. Die Zartbitterkuvert\u00fcre fein hacken, in den die hei\u00dfe Milch-Sahnemischung geben und unter R\u00fchren darin schmelzen.<br><br>Die Schoko-Masse vom Herd nehmen, die Gelantine zuf\u00fcgen, ebenfalls unter R\u00fchren in der Masse aufl\u00f6sen und alles so weit abk\u00fchlen lassen, dass die Schoko-Pannacotta gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig auf 4 Gl\u00e4ser aufgeteilt werden kann.<br><br>Die Schoko-Pannacotta f\u00fcr mehrere Stunden (besser \u00fcber Nacht) in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<br><br>Sobald es fest ist, kann das Dessert dekoriert werden.
