Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und klein hacken. Salbei waschen trocken sch\u00fctteln und in feine Streifen schneiden. Radicchio ebenfalls waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln und etwas kleiner zupfen.<br><br>Oliven\u00f6l und Knoblauch in eine Pfanne geben. Ciabatta in Scheiben schneiden, in die Pfanne legen und goldbraun anr\u00f6sten.<br><br>W\u00e4hrenddessen die Birnen waschen, halbieren, vom Kerngeh\u00e4use befreien und in Spalten schneiden.<br><br>Ciabatta aus der Pfanne nehmen und zur Seite stellen. Honig in die Pfanne geben, Birnenspalten hinzuf\u00fcgen und karamellisieren lassen.
