Dann das Sauerkraut sowie die geriebene Kartoffel zuf\u00fcgen, gut unterheben und das Gericht weitere ca. 30 Minuten schmoren.<br><br>Das Gulasch dann auf Teller geben, mit je einem 1 EL saurer Sahne garnieren und Servieren.<br><br><strong><u>Tipp:<br><\/u><\/strong>Dazu schmecken Salzkartoffel oder Kartoffelkn\u00f6del.
