Tomatenmark und Br\u00fche dazu geben und die Sauce etwa 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<br><br>Dann die Pasta nach Packungsanweisung aldente kochen.<br><br>Unterdessen den gr\u00fcnen Pfeffer grob zerm\u00f6rsern, unter die Creme fraiche heben und diese in das Ragout r\u00fchren.
