Backpulver<br>&#8211; 75 g Zucker<br><br><strong>Belag:<\/strong><br>&#8211; 150 g Zucker<br>&#8211; 50 g Butter<br><br><strong>Guss:<\/strong><br>300 g Schmand<br>&#8211; 2 TL Zucker\/Zimtmischung<br><br><strong><u>Zubereitung:<\/u><\/strong><br>Ein Backblech fetten und Backofen auf 180 Grad Celsius Umluft vorheizen.<br><br>Dann den Teig zubereiten. Hierzu Quark und Zucker verr\u00fchren. Milch mit \u00d6l verr\u00fchren, zur Quark-Zuckermischung geben und unterarbeiten.
