Die Paprika waschen, von Stil sowie Kerngeh\u00e4use befreien und in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden.<br><br>Dann den Teig zubereiten. Hierzu Mehl mit Eiern und Milch zu einem glatten Teig verr\u00fchren; diesen mit Salz sowie Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Mais, Paprikast\u00fccke sowie Zwiebelstreifen unter den Teig heben.<br><br>Reichlich Raps\u00f6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen.
