Parmesan am St\u00fcck<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Zubereitung:<br><\/u><\/strong>Zuerst den Spargel vorbereiten. Hierzu den wei\u00dfen Spargel sch\u00e4len und den gr\u00fcnen Spargel waschen. Bei beiden Spargelsorten die holzigen Enden 1 cm breit abschneiden und die Spargelstangen schr\u00e4g in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden.<br><br>Jetzt das Fleisch waschen, trocken tupfen und rundherum mit Salz sowie Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<br><br>Danach die Butter in einer Pfanne erhitzen.<br><br>Im Anschluss jedes H\u00e4hnchenbrustfilet mit je 3 Scheiben Bacon umwickeln, in die Pfanne zur hei\u00dfen Butter geben, von beiden Seiten je 5 Minuten braten und herausnehmen.<br><br>Dann die Spargelst\u00fccke in das zur\u00fcck gebliebene Bratenfett geben, unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren 2-3 Minuten anbraten und dann mit der Sahne abl\u00f6schen.<br><br>Die H\u00e4hnchenbrustfilets wieder zum Spargel hinzuf\u00fcgen.
