Fussili)<br>&#8211; 400 ml Kokosmilch<br>&#8211; 2 TL Currypaste (rot)<br>&#8211; 50 g Blattspinat<br>&#8211; 2 EL Erdnuss\u00f6l<br>&#8211; 1 TL Ingwerpulver<br>&#8211; Salz<br>&#8211; Pfeffer<br><br><strong><u>Zubereitung:<\/u><\/strong><br>K\u00fcrbis in mundgerechte W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Paprika waschen, trocken, vom Stiel sowie Kerngeh\u00e4use befreien und ebenfalls in St\u00fccke schneiden.<br><br>Erdnuss\u00f6l in einem gro\u00dfen Topf erhitzen, Paprika- sowie K\u00fcrbisst\u00fccke zugeben und darin f\u00fcr ca. 5 Minuten anbraten.<br><br>Currypaste zuf\u00fcgen, anschwitzen und mit der Kokosmilch abl\u00f6schen. Pasta und 400 ml Wasser zuf\u00fcgen, mit Salz, Pfeffer sowie Ingwerpulver w\u00fcrzen und etwa 15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen bis die Pasta aldente ist.<br><br>Zum Schluss den Spinat waschen, unter das Curry heben.
