Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und in d\u00fcnne Ringe schneiden.<br><br>Dann die Salatcreme zubereiten. Hierzu Joghurt mit Mayonnaise, Zitronensaft sowie Schnittlauchr\u00f6llchen vermischen; mit Salz sowie Pfeffer abschmecken.<br><br>Dann die mittlerweile abgek\u00fchlten Kartoffeln l\u00e4ngs halbieren und in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben.
