Die Zwiebel fein w\u00fcrfeln. Bacon (sofern keine Schinkenw\u00fcrfel genutzt werden) in feine Streifchen schneiden und bei mittlerer Hitze in der Pfanne kross ausbraten.<br><br>Sonnenblumen- und K\u00fcrbiskerne sowie Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel hinzuf\u00fcgen, mit anr\u00f6sten, alles aus dem Fett nehmen und mit Salat in einer Sch\u00fcssel mischen.<br><br>F\u00fcr das Dressing das in der Pfanne zur\u00fcckgebliebene Fett mit Essig sowie Honig verr\u00fchren, Salz zugeben und das \u00d6l einr\u00fchren. Das Dressing \u00fcber den Salat gie\u00dfen und unterheben.
