Ingwer sch\u00e4len und fein hacken.<\/p>\n<p>Kokos\u00f6l in einem Topf erhitzen, Zucchini, Brokkoli und Ingwer darin bei mittlerer Hitze 2 Minuten and\u00fcnsten. Im Anschluss die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche zugie\u00dfen und etwa 10 Minuten bei kleiner Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit Minze und Zitronenmelisse waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln, die Minze hacken und die Zitronenmelisse zur Seite legen.
