Unterdessen die Gurken in Scheiben schneiden sowie die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln putzen und zu feinen Ringen verarbeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Tomaten waschen und vierteln, die Petersilie waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln und fein hacken.<br \/>\nZuletzt den Leberk\u00e4se in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Eier nach der Kochzeit abschrecken, sch\u00e4len, vierteln und in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Dann die Vinaigrette herstellen.
