Ringe schneiden. Den Knoblauch sch\u00e4len. Alle Zutaten in einen gro\u00dfen Topf geben und mit 2,5 Litern Wasser bedecken, zum Kochen bringen und 40 Minuten leise kochen lassen. <br> <br>Die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche danach durch ein feines Sieb passieren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche sollte danach klar sein und kann portionsweise in saubere, ausgesp\u00fclte Weckgl\u00e4ser gef\u00fcllt werden.
