Das Ei hartkochen, anschlie\u00dfend ebenfalls abschrecken, pellen, fein hacken und zur Seite stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Erbsen aufkochen. Ananas und Schinken w\u00fcrfeln. Mayonnaise mit 1 EL Wasser, Ananassaft, Essig und Ketchup zu einer dickfl\u00fcssigen Masse verr\u00fchren.
