Petersilie (zum Garnieren)<br> <br><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><br>Mais abtropfen lassen. Die Kabanossi in St\u00fccke schneiden. Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Paprika waschen, vom Kerngeh\u00e4use sowie Stiel befreien und ebenfalls w\u00fcrfeln. Vom Mais und den Paprikaw\u00fcrfeln je 4 EL abnehmen und bei Seite stellen. <br> <br>Raps\u00f6l in einem Topf erhitzen und die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel darin glasig and\u00fcnsten. Mais &#8211; bis auf die 4 EL &#8211; hinzuf\u00fcgen und ca. 3 Minuten mitd\u00fcnsten. <br> <br>Curry zugeben und anschwitzen. Alles mit der Br\u00fche und Sahne abl\u00f6schen, aufkochen und 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. <br> <br>W\u00e4hrenddessen eine Pfanne erhitzen und die Kabanossi darin in 5 Minuten knusprig anbraten. <br> <br>Die Suppe von Herd nehmen, fein p\u00fcrieren und nach Belieben kr\u00e4ftig mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
