Zartbitterschokolade (85%) (Deko)<br> <br><strong>Zubereitung:<br><\/strong>Sahne in einen Topf geben und bei mittlerer Temperatur erhitzen. <br> <br>Zartbitterschokolade in St\u00fccke brechen und gemeinsam mit dem Xylit zur Sahne geben. Alles unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren erw\u00e4rmen, bis sich die Schokolade und das Xylit aufgel\u00f6st haben. <br> <br>Die fl\u00fcssige Masse f\u00fcr zwei Stunden in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen. <br> <br>Die kalte Schokomasse aus dem K\u00fchlschrank nehmen und mit einem Handr\u00fchreger\u00e4t kurz verr\u00fchren.
