Tomaten waschen und halbieren. Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und in feine Streifen schneiden. Mozzarella zerrupfen. Die Avocado halbieren, vom Kern befreien, das Fruchtfleisch aus der Schale l\u00f6sen und w\u00fcrfeln. <br> <br>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne auf mittlerer Stufe erhitzen und die Spargelst\u00fccke ca. 6 Minuten darin anbraten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Dann die Tomaten sowie 2 EL Wasser zuf\u00fcgen und alles 2 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. <br> <br>Reichlich Salzwasser aufkochen. Nudeln in das kochende Salzwasser geben und nach Packungsanleitung garen. Nudeln anschlie\u00dfend abgie\u00dfen und hierbei 200 ml Nudelwasser auffangen.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frischk\u00e4se mit Tomatenmark, Milch und Nudelwasser glattr\u00fchren. Nach Geschmack nochmals salzen und pfeffern. Nudeln mit Gem\u00fcse und Sauce vermischen.
