Das \u00fcbrige Gem\u00fcse waschen. Den Salat trocken schleudern. Tomaten sowie Paprika halbieren, von Stielansatz sowie Kerngeh\u00e4use befreien und w\u00fcrfeln. M\u00f6hren sch\u00e4len und grob raspeln.<br> <br>Maisk\u00f6rner abgie\u00dfen, mit Salat und dem geschnittenen Gem\u00fcse in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel mischen. Petersilie waschen, trocken sch\u00fcttel, fein hacken und ebenfalls zum Salat geben. <br> <br>Dann das Dressing zubereiten. Hierzu die Orangen auspressen und 125 ml Orangensaft auffangen. Den Orangensaft mit Essig, \u00d6l und Zucker verr\u00fchren.
