Die roten Zwiebeln ebenfalls sch\u00e4len und in feine Ringe schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Salat waschen, putzen und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke zupfen. <br> <br>Selleriestange putzen und in ca. 1 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden. Mais sowie Kidneybohnen abgie\u00dfen, abbrausen und abtropfen lassen. <br> <br>2 EL Raps\u00f6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel hinzuf\u00fcgen und and\u00fcnsten. Das Hackfleisch zuf\u00fcgen und kr\u00fcmelig anbraten. <br> <br>Unterdessen aus Zitronensaft und 5 EL Raps\u00f6l eine Vinaigrette zubereiten. Die Vinaigrette kr\u00e4ftig mit Salz sowie Pfeffer abschmecken. <br> <br>Selleriescheiben, Mais, Kidneybohnen, rote Zwiebelringe und gebratenes Hackfleisch mit der Vinaigrette vermengen und zur Seite stellen. <br> <br>Dann das Salatdressing zubereiten.
