Die restlichen Lauchringe mit der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche begie\u00dfen und kurz aufkochen. Im Anschluss den Schmelzk\u00e4se einr\u00fchren und alles 2 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. <br> <br>Unterdessen f\u00fcr die Suppeneinlage \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Schinkenstreifen darin knusprig auslassen. <br> <br>Jetzt die Suppe vom Herd nehmen, p\u00fcrieren, mit Salz sowie Pfeffer abschmecken und mit Guarkernmehl abbinden.
