Rumaroma<br> Paniermehl zum Ausst\u00e4uben<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Zuckerguss:<\/strong><br> 150 g Puderzucker f\u00fcr den Zuckerguss<br> 1 Schuss Zitronensaftkonzentrat<br> 25ml Milch<br> 20 g Schokostreusel oder Raspel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len,\u00a0 in W\u00fcrfel schneiden und gemeinsam mit den 2 EL Zucker in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Zu 1\/3 mit Wasser aufgie\u00dfen, Rumaroma zugeben und gut vermengen. Ca. 1 Stunde ziehen lassen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danach den Backofen auf 160 Grad Celsius vorheizen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Butter mit Zucker verr\u00fchren. Eier einzeln zugeben und alles\nzu einer schaumigen Masse schlagen. N\u00fcsse sowie Zimt zugeben und unterarbeiten.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backpulver mit Mehl mischen und unter die\nButte-Ei-Zucker-Masse r\u00fchren.&nbsp; Die\nApfelst\u00fccke abgie\u00dfen und zu dem Teig geben; vorsichtig unterheben. Springform\nfetten, mit Paniermehl ausstreuen und den Teig hineinf\u00fcllen.
