Petersilie waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln und hacken.<br><br>H\u00e4hnchenfilets waschen, trocken tupfen, quer halbieren, mit Salz sowie Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und mit jeweils 1 Scheibe Schinken belegen. Den Appenzeller-K\u00e4se in Scheiben schneiden, auf den Schinken legen und je 2 H\u00e4hnchenfiletscheiben zusammen klappen.<br><br>Die H\u00e4hnchenp\u00e4ckchen mit Zahnstochern fixieren und in einer Pfanne mit hei\u00dfem Butterschmalz rundherum anbraten.
