Die Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Die Kapern abtropfen lassen und hacken. Die gehackten Kapern mit Zwiebelw\u00fcrfeln, 300 g Erbsen, Fenchelsamen, Hackfleisch, Ei, Paniermehl, Parmesan und Oliven\u00f6l verkneten.<br><br>Die Hackmasse mit Salz sowie Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen, zu 8 Frikadellen formen und diese in einr ofenfeste Form setzen. Die Br\u00fche mit der Sahne verr\u00fchren, an die Frikadellen angie\u00dfen, f\u00fcr ca. 40 Minuten in den vorgeheizten Backofen geben und danach servieren.<br><br><strong><u>Tipp:<br><\/u><\/strong>Die Frikadellen schmecken &#8211; statt im Backofen gar gezogen &#8211; in der Pfanne angebraten sehr lecker und aromatisch.
