Hierzu Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Ingwer ebenfalls sch\u00e4len und fein reiben. Anschlie\u00dfend auch die M\u00f6hren sch\u00e4len und in feine Scheiben schneiden. Die Paprika von Kernen und Trennw\u00e4nden befreien und in ca. 1 cm gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel verarbeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danach Reis, Wasser und einem TL Salz in einen Kochtopf geben und zum Kochen bringen. Den Reis nach der Quellmethode zubereiten und ab und an umr\u00fchren. De Reis ist fertig, wenn er alles Wasser vollst\u00e4ndig aufgesogen hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen, Zwiebel und Knoblauch zugeben und 2 Minuten anschwitzen. Im Anschluss M\u00f6hren sowie Ingwer zugeben und alles weitere 2 Minuten ziehen lassen. Dann die Paprikaw\u00fcrfel zuf\u00fcgen. Nach weiteren 2 Minuten die Zuckerschoten untermengen und alles nach erneuten 2 Minuten mit der Kokusnussmilch abl\u00f6schen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currypulver sowie Chilisauce zuf\u00fcgen. Alles gut verr\u00fchren und kr\u00e4ftig mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
