Hierzu Speisest\u00e4rke, Zucker und 1\/3 der Milch zu einer glatten Masse verr\u00fchren. Die restliche Milch in einem Topf erhitzen, die Schokomasse zugeben und alles ca. 1 Minute unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren aufkochen. Den Pudding dann vom Herd nehmen und unter R\u00fchren abk\u00fchlen lassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dann den Schichtnougat in kleinere St\u00fccke schneiden und mit Butter cremig r\u00fchren. Abschlie\u00dfend den Schokoladepudding essl\u00f6ffelweise unterr\u00fchren und alles luftig aufschlagen. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Hinweise:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Die Nougat-Buttercreme ist vielf\u00e4ltig einsetzbar. Ob als Topping von Cupcakes, Unterlage f\u00fcr Fondant oder zum \u00dcberzug einer festlichen Torte, sie macht immer eine gute Figur.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Die o.g.
