Das Filet dann aus der Pfanne nehmen, in Alufolie einwickeln und ruhen lassen.<br><br>Im Anschluss die \u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len, vierteln, die Kerngeh\u00e4use entfernen und in gleichgro\u00dfe, d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Die gew\u00fcrfelten Zwiebeln, Cashewn\u00fcsse und Apfelscheiben in die hei\u00dfe Pfanne geben, in welcher vorher das Schweinefilet angebraten wurde. Alles ca. 2-3 Minuten and\u00fcnsten, mit<br>dem Currypulver einst\u00e4uben und noch einmal kurz and\u00fcnsten.<br><br>Mit Apfelsaft abl\u00f6schen und mit dem H\u00fchner-Fond auff\u00fcllen. Das ganze 2-3 Minuten leicht<br>k\u00f6cheln lassen. Sahne hinzugeben, kurz aufkochen lassen und dann mit dem Guarkernmehl abbinden.<br><br>Die Sauce mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Zuletzt das Schweinefilet mit der Sauce auf Tellern anrichten und servieren.<br><br><strong><u>Tipp:<br><\/u><\/strong>Als Beilage passt Reis hervorragend<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>N\u00e4hrwertangaben: 799 kcal p.P.
