Backpulver<br>&#8211; Puderzucker zum Best\u00e4uben<br><br><strong><u>Zubereitung:<br><\/u><\/strong>Eine quadratische Springform (24 x 24 cm) fetten und mit Mehl ausst\u00e4uben. Die Schokolade grob hacken, zur Seite stellen und den Backofen auf 160 Grad Celsius Umluft vorheizen.<br><br>Eier mit Zucker, Vanillezucker und Salz 2 Minuten cremig aufschlagen. Die fl\u00fcssige Butter unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren langsam zugie\u00dfen und unterarbeiten.<br><br>Dann den Frischk\u00e4se zugeben und ebenfalls unterarbeiten. Zuletzt die gehackte Schokolade zugeben und unterheben.<br><br>Die Masse in die vorbereitete Springform f\u00fcllen, glattstreichen, in den vorgeheizten Backofen geben und ca. 45 Minuten backen.<br><br>Den Kuchen aus dem Backofen holen abk\u00fchlen lassen und mit Puderzucker best\u00e4ubt servieren.<br><br><strong><u>Tipp:<\/u><\/strong><br>Wenn keine quadratische Springform zur Hand ist, kann man problemlos auch eine runde 26er-Springform nehmen.
