Die Tomaten waschen und halbieren.<br><br>Die Zwiebel sch\u00e4len, halbieren und in feine Streifen schneiden. Den Mozzarella abtropfen lassen und in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden.<br><br>Alle vorbereiteten Zutaten auf 2 Tellern anrichten.<br><br>Dann das Basilikum feinhacken und \u00fcber den angerichteten Salat streuen.<br><br>Zuletzt das Dressing zubereiten.
