Bl\u00e4tterteig<br>&#8211; 1 rote Zwiebel (fein gew\u00fcrfelt)<br>&#8211; 100 g Kr\u00e4uterfrischk\u00e4se<br>&#8211; Salz<br>&#8211; Pfeffer<br><br><strong><u>Zubereitung:<br><\/u><\/strong>Backofen auf 180 Grad Celsius Umluft vorheizen und ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.<br><br>Dann den Bl\u00e4tterteig entrollen, d\u00fcnn mit dem Frischk\u00e4se bestreichen und darauf die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfelchen verteilen.<br><br>Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und den Bl\u00e4tterteig von der langen Seite her einklappen, sodass die Frischk\u00e4seseiten aufeinander liegen.<br><br>Den gef\u00fcllten Bl\u00e4tterteig in 10 ca. 2 cm breite Streifen schneiden.
