Eisw\u00fcrfel<br><br><strong><u>Zubereitung:<br><\/u><\/strong>Zuerst aus 400 ml Wasser und den 2 Schwarzteebeuteln Tee zubereiten; die Teebeutel hierbei 3 Minuten ziehen und den Tee dann etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br><br>W\u00e4hrenddessen das Mineralwasser in eine gro\u00dfe Glassch\u00fcssel oder ein Bowleglas geben. Dann den Apfelsaft sowie den Pfirsichnektar zuf\u00fcgen; zuletzt den schwarzen Tee zugeben und alles kurz verr\u00fchren.<br><br>Anschlie\u00dfend die Nektarinen waschen und in mundgerechte Spalten schneiden.
