Hierdurch werden der Knoblauch und die Zwiebel milder im Geschmack.<br><br>Nach der Ziehzeit wird das Wasser abgegossen und die Knoblauchzehen wie auch die Zwiebel sehr fein gehackt. Die Gew\u00fcrzgurken ebenfalls ganz fein hacken.<br><br>Die gehackte Knoblauch-Zwiebelmischung gemeinsam mit dem Ketchup, braunem Zucker, Balsamico sowie Paprikapulver in einen kleinen Topf geben, gut vermischen und erhitzen bis sich der Zuckeraufgel\u00f6st hat.<br><br>Den Topf dann vom Herd nehmen und Mayonnaise, Senf, gehackte Gew\u00fcrzgurke sowie R\u00f6stzwiebeln unterarbeiten.
