Die Tomaten und die \u00c4pfel entkernen und in St\u00fccke schneiden. Raps\u00f6l in einem gro\u00dfen Schmortopf erhitzen und die H\u00e4hnchenteile darin von allen Seiten anbr\u00e4unen. Fleisch aus dem Topf nehmen und in dem Fett dann die Zwiebeln glasig and\u00fcnsten.<br><br>Die H\u00e4hnchenteile abschlie\u00dfend wieder hinzugeben, salzen sowie pfeffern. Mit den restlichen Gew\u00fcrzen bestreuen. Tomaten, Knoblauch, \u00c4pfel, Pfefferschote und Ananassaft hinzuf\u00fcgen und bei kleiner Flamme im offenen Topf ca. 45 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Gegen Ende der Kochzeit alles nochmal abschmecken.<br><br>Die Chilischote entfernen, die H\u00e4hnchenteile herausnehmen und auf eine vorgew\u00e4rmte Servierplatte legen.
