In einer Pfanne die Butter schmelzen, den gehackten Knoblauch hinzuf\u00fcgen und mitgaren, bis er aromatisch duftet. Dann das Mehl zum Knoblauch in die Pfanne geben und gut verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach und nach die Milch einr\u00fchren, sodass eine cremige Sauce entsteht. Dann Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fchepulver, Muskatnuss, Pfeffer und restlichen Teel\u00f6ffel Salz zugeben und die Sauce unter R\u00fchren aufkochen lassen. Jetzt nur noch den Parmesan und Sahne unterarbeiten, bis eine cremige Sauce entsteht.
