Senf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Salz &amp; Pfeffer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Zubereitung<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Knollensellerie sch\u00e4len, in kochendem Wasser etwa 10 Minuten weichkochen, herausnehmen in St\u00fccke schneiden. Danach die Heringsfilets in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. Jetzt den Apfel sch\u00e4len, vom Kerngeh\u00e4use befreien, vierteln und den Apfel in feine Scheiben schneiden. Die Salzgurken und die rote Beete mit einem geriffelten Schneidemesser in feine Scheiben schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und dann das Dressing zubereiten. Hierzu die saure Sahne mit Zitronensaft, Zucker sowie Senf vermischen und mit Salz sowie Pfeffer abschmecken. Das Dressing mit den \u00fcbrigen Zutaten vermengen. Zuletzt den gehackten Dill unterarbeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Heringssalat k\u00fchlstellen und erst kurz vor dem Verzehr mit etwas frischem Dill und gehackten Eist\u00fcckchen garantiert servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Tipp:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Salat schmeckt frisch schon sehr lecker, aber am Folgetag noch besser.
