Oregano (zum Garnieren)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Zubereitung:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e4hnchenbrustfilet waschen, trocken tupfen und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. 2 Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l mit dem Gyrosgew\u00fcrz zu einer Marinade verr\u00fchren, H\u00e4hnchenbrustw\u00fcrfel zugeben und mit der Marinade vermischen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dann das Gem\u00fcse vorbereiten. Hierzu die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len, in Spalten schneiden und zur Seite stellen. Spitzpaprika waschen, trocknen, vom Kerngeh\u00e4use befreien, w\u00fcrfeln und ebenfalls beiseitestellen. Die Zucchini waschen, trocknen, l\u00e4ngs halbieren und dann in Halbscheiben schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das restliche Oliven\u00f6l in einen gro\u00dfen Topf geben und erhitzen. Die H\u00e4hnchenbrustw\u00fcrfel zugeben und rundherum etwa 3 Minuten anbraten, dann das vorbereite Gem\u00fcse zuf\u00fcgen und 3 Minuten mitr\u00f6sten; alles mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kritharaki, Fleischbr\u00fche, Oregano sowie passierte Tomaten zugeben, einr\u00fchren und aufkochen. Mit Salz sowie Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und bei kleiner Hitze 15 Minuten unter gelegentlichem Umr\u00fchren k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dann den Feta dar\u00fcber br\u00f6seln und das Gericht 5 Minuten ruhen lassen.
