Beides zur Seite stellen. H\u00e4hnchenbrustfilet waschen, trocken tupfen und in fingerdicke Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Raps\u00f6l in einem Topf erhitzen und die H\u00e4hnchenbruststreifen darin etwa 5 Minuten braten, bis sie gar sind. Die st\u00fcckigen Tomaten zuf\u00fcgen und den Knoblauch mit Hilfe einer Knoblauchpresse hineindr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n<p>Alles 10 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen.
