Backpulver<\/p>\n<p><u>Belag:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>2 kg Pflaumen oder alternativ Zwetschgen<br \/>\nZimt und Zucker nach Belieben<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Zubereitung:<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nZucker, Vanillezucker, Salz und Quark verr\u00fchren. \u00d6l und Milch zugeben und alles nochmals verquirlen. Mehl mit Backpulver vermischen und von Hand unter die Quarkmasse arbeiten bis der Teig eine geschmeidige Konsistenz (\u00e4hnlich Hefeteig) angenommen hat.<\/p>\n<p>Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen, den Teig gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig darauf verteilen und andr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n<p>Pflaumen waschen, entsteinen und halbieren.<\/p>\n<p>Backofen auf 200 Grad Celsius vorheizen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Pflaumen schuppenartig auf dem Teig verteilen, Kuchen in den Backofen geben und f\u00fcr ca. 45 Minuten backen.
